If you’re an existing user, click the ‘Sign In’ button on the top right of this page. From here you can enter your email and password to access the portal.

If this is your first time visiting Astute Doctor, you need to first make a selection from our online store and you will then create a user account during the checkout process.

If you are trying to access Astute Doctor courses on one of our partner portals – use the link provided by our partner or contact us for help.

Click the ‘Sign In’ button on the top right of this page. When you get to the ‘Sign In’ page click ‘Forgot password?’. Enter your email address and press ‘Send’. You will shortly receive an email that contains a link, and when you click it you will be taken to a page where you can select a new password.

The email usually arrives within about 5 minutes, and the link in the email expires in one hour. If you do not update your password within the hour you will need to do the process again.

If the email does not arrive, please check your spam/junk folder. If you need further support please contact us.

When you are signed in to the Astute Doctor Learning Portal you will see your initials in a circle at the top right of the webpage. Click this circle, and in the pop up window click the ‘View My Profile’ button.

On the profile summary page, click the ‘Change Password’ button.

On the pop up screen enter your current password and new password. Enter the new password again in the ‘Password Confirmation’ field and press ‘Save’.

When you are signed in to the Astute Doctor Learning Portal you will see your initials in a circle at the top right of the webpage. Click this circle, and in the pop up window click the ‘View My Profile’ button.

You will now see a summary of your profile on the portal, and on this page you can edit your name, suffix, profession, location, and timezone.

Don’t forget to press ‘Save’ when you are done!

Once you’ve decided on a purchase click the ‘Add’ or ‘Add to Cart’ button, and you will see a pop up screen appear under the shopping cart icon in the top right of the screen.

Click ‘Proceed to Cart’ and you will see all the items you are purchasing and the total amount. Click ‘Next Step: Checkout’, and if you have a coupon code click ‘Coupon Code’ to enter it. Click ‘Next Step: Payment’ and you will be taken to our payment processing with PayPal. Payment options include PayPal, Mastercard, Discover, Visa, American Express and Diners Club.

Online purchases from the Astute Doctor Store can be made with PayPal, Mastercard, Discover, Visa, American Express and Diners Club. All online payment processing is managed by PayPal.

You can also request to be invoiced and pay by check – please contact us if this is your preferred payment method.

The Astute Doctor Learning Portal can be accessed from a desktop, laptop or tablet computer. Astute Doctor will also work on a smartphone but this is not recommended because the text size may be too small to read.

Safari users please note:
1. You need to turn off ‘Reader Mode’ when using Astute Doctor.
2. Hyperlinks in PDF documents (e.g. Course References) are currently not supported by Safari browser.
